DIRECTOR OF PRACTICE Michael Lenahan BA MSc ( Management) ,FIMC FIPD.

P-E's Executive Recruitment practice is headed up by Michael Lenahan who has over 20 years experience in senior management Recruitment consultancy in Ireland.

Michael was previously HR Director with two large multi-national companies in Ireland in the electronics and healthcare industries and began his HR career with Mars (Inc).

He holds an honours degree in Economics and History and a Masters Degree in Organisational Behaviour from TCD. He is a Fellow both of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Institute of Personnel and Development and lectures in Recruitment and Selection on the Trinity/IMI Masters Degree Programme in Management Science.

Michael is currently the Chairman of the Executive Selection Consultancies Association.
