How We Operate

In the modern demand economy which is Ireland Inc. today, clients quite rightly expect a professional and rapid response to their executive recruitment needs. At the same time the consequence of making ill-considered management appointments can be very damaging to any organisation.

Our aim is to provide a professional cost effective service which is focused on the needs of our clients.

We operate both as pro-actve search consultants and also advertise posts on behalf of our clients.

At the beginning of each Assignment, we seek to gain "buy-in" at the most senior level within our client organisation on the importance of the recruitment and selection process as a management task.

After an initial meeting with our client, we prepare a Recruitment Brief which outlines our understanding of:- (a) the nature, level and responsibilities of the role to be filled. (Job Description); (b) the competencies and experience which candidates for the post will require (Person Specification) and (c) our proposed Process, Methodology and Time-Frame for the Recruitment Assignment.

We use the Person Specification as our selection criteria "blueprint", and keep in close contact with our client at each stage of the Recruitment Process, particularly in relation to the Interviewing and Assessment of candidates and the preparation and presentation of a Short-List.

We then work closely with the client on the format, process and management of the Final-Selection/Interview Process and act as facilitators (and if appropriate devils-advocate) during decision- making on the most favoured candidate.

Subsequently we follow-up on references, medicals etc. and work with the client in making a Job Offer and reaching agreement with the individual selected, leading to an accepted Appointment.

Post Appointment, we make ourselves available to our client to advise on Induction into the organisation and any issues with may arise in the early months of employment.
